Mark and Carol Mavar are our missionary church planters to Panama. Their home sen
ding church is Grace Church of Mentor, Mentor, Ohio. Their mission agency is Gospel Fellowship Association.
The Lord called Mark to the ministry from a career as a fire fighter. He trained for the ministry at the Bible Institute of Grace Church of Mentor.
The Mavars arrived in Panama in January of 2002, and in 2003 they began to minister in Valle Dorado, and the first service of La Iglesia de La Gracia de Valle Dorado was on February 29, 2004. The church officially chartered February 29, 2008.
